Accepted Deposit Methods on XTB Malaysia
XTB offers a range of ways to deposit into your trading account:
1) Bank Wire Transfers: If you are based in Malaysia, you can use your local bank account to transfer funds to your XTB trading account. It can take up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your trading account. No mandatory minimum deposit is required for this method. XTB does not charge any fee for depositing through this method.
You can also withdraw funds from your XTB trading account to your local bank account. The recommended minimum deposit is RM239 (US$50). Any withdrawal request that is below RM239 (US$50) may attract withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are processed in 1 business day or same day and can take up to 2 business days for you to receive the funds.
2) Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro): You can also add funds to your trading account on XTB using cards. Such deposits are credited instantly to your trading account balance, no minimum balance is required and no fees are charged.
XTB currently does not support withdrawals to cards.
3) E-wallets (Neteller, Skrill): E-wallets are supported for depositing funds on XTB. With no mandatory minimum deposit amount, e-wallet deposits are credited instantly. Deposits with Neteller attract a fee of 1% per transaction, and if you are using Skrill, you will pay deposit fee of 2% per transaction.
Currently, you cannot withdraw funds from XTB to e-wallets.

XTB Deposit Rules
1. Deposit Fees: XTB offers free deposits, this applies to deposits made via bank transfers and cards. Deposits made via e-wallets on XTB attracts deposit fee of 2% per transaction when using Skrill and 1% per transaction when using Neteller.
Note that although the broker offers free deposits for some methods, the bank, card issuer or payment processor may charge an independent fee.
2. Deposit Time: Deposits made via cards and e-wallets are credited instantly and it immediately appears in your trading account balance. If you deposit via bank transfer, it can take up to 5 business days for the fund to be reflected in your trading account.
3. Payment Source: Third party deposits or withdrawals are not supported on XTB. The name on the bank account, card or e-wallet used for deposit must tally with the name on your trading account.
XTB usually requests that you upload a bank statement for the bank account you want to withdraw funds to, this is to verify your account. It is done only on the first withdrwal.
